What is better than a warm bowl of chili on a cold SaddleBrooke night? How about adding nine crockpots of Chili to the mix! The Chili Feed, held on Tuesday, January 21, was organized by our awesome Social Directors, Carla DeWolf and Joan Brookhart, with a turnout of 40+ Unit 46’ers. The event was held at the HOA-1 Activity Center, and attendees voted for their favorite recipe. Chili recipes included traditional, pozole, white chicken, hot and spicy and ‘not so hot’. Event attendees were able to sample it all and then voted for their favorite. Marv Tibbett’s chili Colorado, a red chili con carne, won first place. Thanks to all the participants for making this night a delicious success.
