There’s a chance for severe wind gusts across southeastern ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ later Sunday, the National Weather Service in Tucson said Sunday.
There could be blowing dust, especially in south eastern areas of the state. That includes the Willcox Playa east along Interstate-10 through the New Mexico border, the weather service said.

There’s a chance for thunderstorms as far west as Tucson, but the highest chances will be to the east and south of the metro area, the forecast said.
Isolated flash flooding will be possible in locations in the southernmost portion of the state, including from Nogales through Douglas, the weather service said.
