A LEGO convention is coming to Tucson this fall.
The Tucson Brick Convention will be held at the , 3750 E. Irvington Road, Nov. 8 and 9.
The event will support , an organization that buys new LEGO sets for underprivileged children around the world during the holidays.
Several LEGO displays will be featured at the Tucson Brick Convention, the city's first Lego convention.
For the , professional LEGO Artists from across the U.S. will display their creations and meet with fans. There will also be meet-and-greets with LEGO celebrities.
Don’t get frustrated if building your Lego is taking longer than expected, these people took almost a year to build the ultimate Lego ride. A life-size Ferrari, built with over 380,000 Lego bricks, has gone on display in Denmark, at an amusement park dedicated to the famous toy. Buzz60’s Maria Mercedes Galuppo has the story.
A construction zone, with thousands of bricks, will be available for attendees to get creative and several galleries will be set up with life-sized LEGO models.

There will be several themed zones, such as Star Wars and castles, along with a retail section.
Tickets are $15 for either session Saturday, Nov. 8 or Sunday, Nov. 9.
The Tucson Brick Convention, the first LEGO convention in the city, is set to be held Nov. 8 and 9.
The event will be in two sessions each day, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. It will be closed between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Unless sold out, tickets will be available at the door for $20 for an open session that weekend.
