Old Pueblo Golf LLC, dba , leased 2,400 square feet at 3805 W. River Road, in The Shoppes at Orange Grove.

The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker, Isaac Figueroa and David Jimenez, with Morrow Hill representing the tenant.

The space will be used as an indoor golf simulator lounge where golfers can play virtually on courses such as Pebble Beach, Bonnie Doone, Meadowbrook and Paris International.

Members can bring their own clubs or rent them at the shop, and can invite up to four guests into the private suites.

The premises will be open 24 hours a day, to accommodate nocturnal golfers.

The opening date will be announced on the franchise website —  — in the coming months.

Other local commercial activity includes:

• The Proper on Vine LLC bought the 8-unit Vine Apartments, 315 and 317 N. Vine Ave., from Vine Tucson LLC for $1.5 million. Allan Mendelsberg and Joey Martinez, with Picor, represented both parties.

•  expanded its lease with Camino Martin II LLC for a total of 2.19 acres of industrial land at 6915 N. Camino Martin. Robert Glaser, with Picor, represented the tenant and Dean Cotlow, with Cotlow Co., represented the landlord.

• Werner Aero LLC, , subleased 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 845 E. Ohio St. from AB46 Investments LLC. Paul Hooker and Robert Glaser, with Picor, handled the lease.

•  leased 26,500 square feet of retail space at 2520 S. Harrison Road from Harrison 135th St. LLC. Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier, with Picor, represented the landlord.

• Starbucks Corp. leased 2,262 square feet at 2121 N. Craycroft Road from Meridian Development Group LLC, within the Pima Medical Campus. Greg Furrier and Natalie Furrier, with Picor, represented the tenant.

• Barbershop, , leased 1,200 square feet in Northwest Design Center, on Orange Grove and Thornydale roads. The landlord, Larsen Baker, was represented by its broker, Isaac Figueroa.
