The ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ will spend another week at No. 20 in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll, which was revealed Sunday morning.
Following its 22-10 win over in-state rival Northern ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ on Saturday, the ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ received their ninth straight AP ranking dating back to last season. ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥'s nine straight wins is the longest active winning streak in college football — and tied for the longest winning streak in program history.
The ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ will face their first ranked opponent of the season, when they face 14th-ranked Kansas State on Friday. KSU climbed three spots in the AP Top 25 after beating Tulane in New Orleans.Â
No. 20 ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ (2-0) faces No. 14 Kansas State (2-0) at Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium in Manhattan, Kansas on Friday at 5 p.m. on Fox.Â
