In more than 125 years of football, ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ has never played Weber State, its opponent Sept. 6 at ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ Stadium.
It's not like the ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ from Ogden, Utah, are newbies. But neither is it like Weber State has been in the football news much. The Weber ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ entered last season with a 339-339-3 record, the only team in college football with an exact .500 record. (Weber State is now 343-347-3).

Weber State defensive end Brayden Wilson, rear, tackles Utah running back Ja'Quinden Jackson (3) during the first half, Sept. 16, 2023, in Salt Lake City.Â
Weber State has never played 12 Big 12 teams ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥, Colorado, Baylor, Houston, TCU, Cincinnati, Oklahoma State, Kansas, KSU, Iowa State, West Virginia or UCF. Its combined record against the other Big 12 schools is 0-12, having gone 0-7 against Utah, 0-3 against BYU and losing its lone appearance to ASU and Texas Tech.
Speaking of Weber's .500 record, the Big 12 has a slew of .500-type football programs dating the last 125 years, proof of its fair-to-middlin' reputation.
