Caulfield concluded his fourth and final season in June after appearing in 231 games, tied with outfielder Zach Gibbons for second most in program history. Only current head coach Chip Hale has played in more games in a UA uniform (255).

ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥â€™s Garen Caulfield hits an RBI single during the first inning in Game 5 of the Men’s College World Series at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Neb., on June 15, 2025.
Caulfield started 223 times, batting .276 with a .351 on-base percentage, 128 runs scored, 50 doubles, 21 home runs and 153 RBIs. Caulfield posted a .968 career fielding percentage and had a .974 mark or better in each of his final three seasons.
A transfer from San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, California, Caulfield was a key member of four UA teams that made the NCAA Tournament, two that won conference tournaments and one that advanced to the College World Series.
Caulfield is the latest Wildcat who played for Hale to subsequently join his coaching staff.
