After missing summer workouts with visa issues, Sudanese freshman Sidi Gueye has arrived at ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ in time for fall semester classes and practices.
UA officials confirmed the 6-11 forward arrived on Tuesday, meaning the ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ will have their full 16-player roster available for early fall workouts and the full preseason practices that can begin on Sept. 22.
The ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ held five weeks of limited workouts starting in July before breaking last week. They are expected to return this weekend and spend next week adjusting to fall classes and working out individually, then will resume team workouts the following week. Full-length practices can begin six weeks before UA's Nov. 3 opener against Florida.
While Gueye will start off his ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ career slightly behind in preparation -- and won't even turn 18 until October -- he has flashed considerable upside with his athletic frame, 7-4 wingspan and defensive versatility.

Gueye is one of seven freshmen Lloyd is bringing in this season, four of whom are international. Forward Dwayne Aristode is from Netherlands, wing Ivan Kharchenkov is from Germany while forward Mabil Mawut has roots in Kenya, Uganda and South Sudan.
